A Premium Structure uses the latest technologies in heating and cooling. In-floor radiant heat from Rehau is silent, constant and efficient. It uses no fans or blowers. Heat is gently radiated upward, warming objects in the room rather than the air. Radiant heat does not dry the air like forced air. Floors are always warm and dry, which is not only comfortable, it inhibits the growth of mold and mildew. It’s especially effective in homes or buildings with high ceilings.

The high velocity air condition system from Unico outperforms conventional heating and cooling systems. Instead of typical units which deliver air at 500-600 feet per minute at the outlet, the Unico system operates at 2,000 feet per minute.
This means vents can be small and unobtrusive and large ductwork is not necessary. But while you'll feel the comfort, you won't hear it. The air handler is designed to isolate noise and vibration. In addition, uniquely designed supply tubes are lined with sound-dampening, spun-bond nylon, providing silent air delivery.
