A well built home begins with the foundation. That’s why we use Form-a Drain - a complete, permanently installed system that forms footings, drains foundations, and provides a perimeter radon reduction system. The system consists of lineal sections installed as the forms for the foundation footing. Upon completion of the concrete pour, the system stays permanently in place and performs the function of a foundation drainage system. It is also an effective method of reducing radon, since it is a sub-slab perimeter system that forms a complete loop around the foundation.



Form-A-Drain sections are manufactured in 12 foot lengths from PVC material using a high content of recycled materials. Three heights are available. We’ll help determine which one is right for your structure. They weight very little, so they are easy to transport, handle and fit. Accessories such as couplings, corners, drainage outlets, T’s and vertical angle pieces allow the sections to be assembled to accommodate any shape or layout necessary. Your contractor will love it because it cuts a significant amount of time out of the construction process. Since it is a “stay in place” product, everything happens in one step.
