A Premium Structure is an integrated structure system that results in a seamless, solid envelope (except for door and window openings, of course) from the footings to the rafters - no gaps through the wall to compromise efficiency. You can't say that about a stud wall filled with fiberglass!

The structure is based on a wall system from Amvic that uses concrete, captured inside foam forms that provide insulation inside and out. The walls can be finished off any way you like - drywall, stone, siding, you name it. Once it's finished, you'll never guess that the walls are concrete, except that it will be warmer, cheaper to heat and cool, and dead quiet.
