A Premium Structure is a brand owned by Construction Advantage of Shellsburg, Iowa. For the past seven years we’ve provided materials and support for contractors, builders, project managers, and project developers. We are experienced in all phases of construction, and especially in building with insulated concrete forms (ICFs). We’ve built many homes and commercial buildings throughout Iowa in conjunction with local contractors or with our own crews. We chose to focus on the obvious benefits of ICF construction and the need for more effective training, higher quality products, and integrating them with the entire project. We are the exclusive distributor in Iowa for the Amvic line of insulated concrete forms. A Premium Structure is a residential or commercial structure that takes advantage of the benefits of ICF construction. Here are the key members of our team:
